The "GR-8NSO Series" is a device that injects anaerobic gas into a sealed culture chamber for the cultivation of methanogens and other anaerobic bacteria. Cultivating methanogens and similar organisms, which was difficult with conventional gas injection methods, is now easily achievable. By inserting a needle into a dedicated sealed culture device (pressurized culture test tube), vacuum evacuation and anaerobic gas injection under pressure can be performed with just one knob.
